Q. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A. Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if mock up is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
Q. What is the delivery time? (How long do you need me to prepare my goods? )
A: 1-5 days for sample orders, 10-21days for mass production orders (based on different quantities, OEM, etc.)
Q. How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?
A: 5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express.
Q.What's your payment terms?
A: Payment: T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal.
30% as deposit, 70% as balance before delivery.
100% payment for samples.
