Q. What's your shipping method?
A: 1. Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT for samples: Door-to-Door;
2. By Air or by Sea for batch goods; for FCL: Airport/ Sea Port receiving;
3. Customers specified freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
Q. What’s your IP rating of M series connector?
A:The degree of protection is IP67/IP68/ in locked condition. these connectors are ideally suited for industrial control networks where small sensors are required. Connectors are either factory TPU over-molded or panel receptacles supplied with sold-cup for wire connecting or with PCB panel solder contacts.
Q. What is your terms of payment?
A:Normally,we can accept 30% Deposit and 70% against copy of B/L,Trade assurance.
Q. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A. Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if mock up is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
Q. How about the payment terms?
A: we can do 30% deposit , 70% deposit before shipment and balance against shipment.
